Our Path
We are a subsidiary of NTP-IP Innovations, LLC. Our work informally started in 2013. Induine Documentation Services geared our first project contributions to help implement our client’s technical product doc needs. This work continues today.
Experience has shown us that companies who are introducing new technologies also require specialized documentation. Consequently, an excellent fit with our skills.

How do I get started?
Simply reach out to our team and share your documentation requirements. Subsequently, we’ll jointly come up with a solution that matches your needs and our capabilities.
What if my requirements change?
No problem! With a 30-day advance notice, you can modify our agreement a couple of times without incurring special charges. Afterward, the only budget changes will be for revisions to the Statement Of Work itself.
Can I request an invoice for my purchase outside the billing cycle?
Sure. To obtain an invoice, simply reach out to us and share your requirements. We will time invoices accordingly.
How is the work engagement handled?
To begin your engagement with us, we require that both parties contribute to a draft agreement.
During this process, we will adjust the draft to meet both of our interests. Note that we always include a Statement Of Work (SOW) with every agreement to show what is to be done.
What if I need to cancel?
For work that is interrupted for some reason, we will need payment only for the unpaid time spent to date for the work. We will always strive to collaborate closely with you and address any unforeseen circumstances.
How is billing handled?
Once an agreement is signed and a project is underway, invoices are normally due 15 days after submittal. The first hour is free.
